【Master 〇】The Buddha nature



Master 〇's discourse 
On the afternoon of March 4th, 2010

One disciple: Master 〇, please give further explanation about discovering
Buddhist disciples! The first step is to cut off all evils.
Buddhist disciples! The second step is to cultivate all goodness.
Buddhist disciples! The third step is to purify your mind.
The profoundly enlightened mind functions naturally.
Cultivating or not, you have it all the same.
Cultivating or not, you still have the Buddha nature.

Talking about discovering original nature, everybody could have
discovered it at any time anywhere.
Talking about enlightening true mind, everybody could have enlightened
it at any time anywhere.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but taking
it over at the present moment is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but
attaining the Bodhi directly is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but getting
rid of the ignorance is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but
diligently removing the bad habits is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but being no
egoless and unconditioned is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but being
desireless and pursuing nothing is not easy.
Enlightening true mind and discovering original nature is not difficult,
but no contenting or no fighting is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but the mind
without discrimination is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but being
pure and at ease is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but
attaining the unsurpassed enlightenment is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but
benefiting oneself as well as others is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but rescuing
oneself as well as others is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but
enlightening oneself as well as others is not easy.
Discovering true mind and original nature is not difficult, but
perfecting realization and practices is not easy.

Dressing and eating is the manifestation of profoundly enlightened mind
and the enablement of Buddha nature.
Moving firewoods and carrying water is the manifestation of profoundly
enlightened mind and the enablement of Buddha nature.
Every gesture and every expression is the manifestation of profoundly
enlightened mind and the enablement of Buddha nature.
Every twinkle and every smile is the manifestation of profoundly
enlightened mind and the enablement of Buddha nature.
Annoyance and Bodhi is the manifestation of profoundly enlightened mind
and the enablement of Buddha nature.
The entire universe is the manifestation of profoundly enlightened mind
and the enablement of Buddha nature.
All dharmas and existences in the universe are the manifestation of
profoundly enlightened mind and the enablement of Buddha nature.
All sentient and non-sentient beings are the manifestation of profoundly
enlightened mind and the enablement of Buddha Nature.

The profoundly enlightened mind is actually invisible while the great
Buddha Nature is actually shadowless.
The profoundly enlightened mind is actually voiceless while the great
Buddha Nature is actually soundless.
The true mind and Buddha Nature is actually profoundly enlightened while
the profoundly enlightened Buddha Nature is actually the true mind.
The profoundly enlightened mind can demonstrate all forms while the
great Buddha Nature can demonstrate all images.
The profoundly enlightened mind can demonstrate all voices while the
great Buddha Nature can demonstrate all sounds.
The true mind and Buddha Nature can demonstrate all the great wisdom
while the profoundly enlightened Buddha Nature can demonstrate all kinds of minds.

One predestined friend: Master 〇, how to understand the nature of emptiness
and awareness, please?
As for this question, Master 〇 doesn't need to answer. You go back to
comprehend the teachings that Master 〇 has just given then think and reflect those yourself.

One disciple: Master 〇, I am endowed with all powers but why I just can
move firewoods or carry water? Why cannot I move the sun or the moon?
Buddhist disciples! Have you ever realized them?
The sun, the moon and the stars share one body with me, so do the mountains, rivers and earth.
The universe and all existences share one body with me, so do all sentient and non-sentient beings.
The laws and the rules share one body with me, so do the Great Way and Proper Dharma.

Buddhist disciples! Have you ever realized them?
The sun, the moon and the stars share one mind with me, so do the
mountains, rivers and earth.
The universe and all existences share one mind with me, so do all
sentient and non-sentient beings.
The laws and the rules share one mind with me, so do the Great Way and Proper Dharma.

Buddhist disciples! Have you ever realized them?
The sun, the moon and the stars share one mind and body, so do the
mountains, rivers and earth.
The universe and all existences share one mind and body, so do all sentient and non-sentient beings.
The laws and the rules share one mind and body, so do the Great Way and Proper Dharma.

Buddhist disciples! Have you ever realized them?
The sun, the moon and the stars belong to oneness, so do the mountains, rivers and earth.
The universe and all existences belong to oneness, so do all sentient and non-sentient beings.
The laws and the rules belong to oneness, so do the Great Way and Proper Dharma.

Buddhist disciples! Have you ever realized them?
The sun, the moon and the stars are originally non-duality, so are the mountains, rivers and earth.
The universe and all existences are originally non-duality, so are all sentient and non-sentient beings.
The laws and the rules are originally non-duality, so are the Great Way and Proper Dharma.

Buddhist disciples! Have you ever realized them?
The sun, the moon and the stars are actually in harmony and perfection,
so are the mountains, rivers and earth.
The universe and all existences are actually in harmony and perfection,
so are all sentient and non-sentient beings.
The laws and the rules are actually in harmony and perfection, so are
the Great Way and Proper Dharma.

Everything is originally perfect penetration without obstruction as well
as discrimination and differentiation.
The sun and the moon don't need anybody to move them.
The operation of the whole Heaven is happening naturally.
Never violate the laws and the rules.
Whoever offends them has to pay for them.

The source of all the problems: self-attachment, delusion and differentiation.
The method to solve all the problems: Break self-attachment.
Prescription: Tune the mind for goodness and restore the mind to the Buddha nature.
There is another prescription, the easiest and the most difficult. Ahah
That is: Master 〇’s mind mantra.
It is not easy to restore the Buddha Dharma to its original true colors.
So Master 〇 has given teachings according to situations and has written
some verses for all disciples and predestined friends to comprehend in
order to direct people's minds and help them to get out of the illusions
and attain enlightenment.

But all disciples and predestined friends have to keep in mind:
The Way cannot be defined by languages​​.
The Dharma does not lie in verses.
There is no thunder sound between lines.
But every word serves to light up minds.
